My Story

My journey through Menopause began prematurely at the age of 36

It was an incredibly lonely time, as I had no peer support, medical guidance, or empathy to help me understand what I was going through. I faced all the classic symptoms while trying to raise three small children and run a business as a financial adviser. Anxiety and a lack of knowledge about my condition made this period even more challenging and my marriage, business and mental health all suffered as a result.

Determined to take control of my health, I spent thousands of hours researching, experimenting with different coping mechanisms, and adjusting my diet. Through this journey, I discovered my passion for helping other women avoid the isolation and confusion I experienced. I believe that midlife women can thrive, not just survive, and I want to help them achieve a better second half of life by understanding the challenges of menopause and learning how to support themselves.


I firmly believe that self-compassion and self-love are the foundations of any change.

You can't hate yourself into changing. Helping other women manage their symptoms, lose menopause weight gain, and learn to love themselves is my passion.


My Qualifications

I am a certified nutritionist, life coach, yoga teacher, meditation practitioner, and breath work facilitator.

I love open water swimming, strength training, and running for mental health. Before transitioning to my current role, I worked as a financial adviser for 16 years.
