What Does A Menopause Coaching Session Involve?

Each session is entirely customised to the client's needs. Throughout the coaching process, we will discuss your symptoms, challenges, and personal goals. Based on this, I will provide personalised strategies, lifestyle modifications, and practices to help you navigate through this transformative phase. I use Zoom for the sessions.

How Do I Get In Touch With You Between Sessions?

Once you commence the one-to-one coaching, you get access to me via WhatsApp for the duration of the coaching, ensuring you have continuous guidance and support.

What Is The Commitment For These Sessions?

The initial commitment is a minimum of three 60-minute online sessions that must be used within a three-month period. Additional sessions can be booked individually as needed.

Do You Offer Refunds If I'm Unable To Use All The Sessions Within The Stipulated Time?
