For One On One Coaching:
Menopause coaching is a personalised support service focused on guiding and empowering women through the physical, emotional, and hormonal changes that occur during perimenopause and menopause. This holistic approach recognises the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit to create a sense of balance and well-being.
Each session is entirely customised to the client's needs. Throughout the coaching process, we will discuss your symptoms, challenges, and personal goals. Based on this, I will provide personalised strategies, lifestyle modifications, and practices to help you navigate through this transformative phase. I use Zoom for the sessions.
Once you commence the one-to-one coaching, you get access to me via WhatsApp for the duration of the coaching, ensuring you have continuous guidance and support.
The initial commitment is a minimum of three 60-minute online sessions that must be used within a three-month period. Additional sessions can be booked individually as needed.
I understand that circumstances can change, but please note that the sessions are non-refundable. This policy ensures that we are both committed to this journey and your wellbeing.
